Sodium, Lithium, FerriteCore, ImmediatelyFast, Entity Culling, Dynamic FPS, Krypton, and the rest of the bundled optimization set ship with every install. No Modrinth tab-juggling before you can launch.

The launcher pulls the right Java runtime itself. You don't install it, you don't point it at a folder.
Version switching
Every supported Minecraft version between 1.20 and 1.21.11 is one dropdown away. Profiles remember your settings.
Auto-updates
Mod versions and the launcher itself update in the background. You don't maintain it.
